BASIC FUNCTION : The HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct system inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding HVAC systems.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects efficiently.

Pay rate is $27 / hour.
