Microsoft Ai Product Manager

We work within Microsoft AI (MAI), an organization responsible for Copilot, Bing, Edge, MSN, and other AI-first products. The organization has all the ingredients needed for success with product, engineering, research, and go to market functions partnering as peers with shared goals. This enables close collaboration and rapid decision making.
As a product manager, you will help define product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market. You will help identify short-and long-term investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive the product roadmap. In this role you will also build consensus on product strategy, prioritize backlog and work with partners to align on trade-offs and disclosures.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
