Part-Time Dental Hygienist – Crofton Dental Suite (Crofton, MD)

Schedule :  Wednesday–Friday

Pay :  $58–$63 / hr (based on experience)

Crofton Dental Suite is looking for a positive, team-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our fun, bubbly, and collaborative office! We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff, and we're excited to bring on someone who shares our passion for teamwork and excellent care.

Schedule :

• Wednesday & Thursday : 8 AM – 8 PM (flexible late start available)
• Friday : 8 AM – 4 PM

Minimum Qualifications

Current dental hygienist license in Maryland

and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)

Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation

CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

New Grad Welcome!

Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems

Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health

Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office / Doctor / Heartland Dental

Prolonged periods sitting and standing

Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times

Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
