5 Openings | 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM

Full-time | 6-Month Contract | Rotating Schedule (Weekends Required)

About the Role :

Abilene State Supported Living Center is seeking dependable, patient-centered LVN / LPNs to provide direct care for residents in a long-term care setting. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on safe, person-centered nursing and professional growth.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct resident care and support daily living needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in condition.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Give / receive detailed shift reports and maintain accurate records.
• Uphold facility policies and a culture of safety and respect.
