Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Control Planner / Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is critical in ensuring seamless production operations, accurate inventory management, and effective scheduling to meet customer demands and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory control, and master scheduling within an ERP environment, with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Contract Manufacturing Production Control & Inventory Management (Primary Role)

• Manage consigned material transactions between Baan and AX systems, ensuring data integrity within AX.
• Monitor MCHP supply to proactively address contract manufacturer (CM) shortages.
• Liaise with IT to resolve transaction issues and ensure system accuracy.
• Create and maintain Production Orders (POs), including reviewing commit files from CMs and updating delivery dates and quantities as needed.
• Ensure consigned material consumption aligns with production loading and track movement of components and finished goods.
• Resolve goods receipt issues in collaboration with IT and compile shipment plan reports.
• Coordinate and reconcile component cycle counts (consigned materials) with CMs, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Obtain approvals for inventory adjustments and execute system transactions accordingly.
• Review material shortages with CMs and expedite materials internally and externally to prevent production delays.
• Closely follow up on build plans with CMs to ensure timely fulfillment of commitments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support expedited requests. Commit customer orders in AX Order Planning based on CM shipment plans.

Master Scheduling (Secondary Role)
