POSITION IS LOCATED IN BANDERA, TEXAS - RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED

The Location Manager reports to the Regional Manager and provides leadership to all staff at their assigned location(s). This role oversees daily operations, customer service, staff management, facilities, and financial performance in alignment with the company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, coach, and train staff to deliver exceptional service and grow market share.
  • Build relationships in the community to support pre-need and at-need sales.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, inventory, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure high operational standards in facilities, services, and customer care.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree or technical training preferred.
  • 35 years experience as a licensed Funeral Director.
  • State / provincial Funeral Director / Manager license required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Compassion, integrity, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • This is a full-time exempt role requiring a strong leader who can balance operations, staff development, and community engagement.
