A company is looking for an Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Consultant.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary strategist and consultant for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) engagements, defining business requirements and translating them into analytics solutions
Recommend best practices for CJA feature utilization tailored to client-specific use cases and business challenges
Analyze and interpret data to uncover actionable insights, create reports and dashboards, and mentor other analysts while driving project execution
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform
Strong understanding of AEP Identity Graph and XDM schema design
Experience working with enterprise-level organizations and managing analytics projects
5+ years of experience in digital analytics, focusing on Adobe Analytics and / or Customer Journey Analytics
