Senior Transitions Specialist
In this role, you are part of a team providing excellent customer service to Caring Transitions customers in Crown Point, IN, and the surrounding areas. Within a customer's house, you would be responsible for sorting, organizing, taking photos for online auctions, boxing items for pick up and shipping, and other similar activities. This job offers a flexible schedule with a standard shift from 9am - 3 : 30pm (M-S) or based on job scope.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Greets clients with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues
- Operates point of sale devices as needed
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Communicates in a positive manner with clients, peers and Managers
- Provides exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack / unpack and stage / resettle client household items
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
