Ability to set-up and program 3-5 axis CNC Mills, Lathes, EDM Wire and other related secondary machines. Prior experience working with SolidWorks or Mastercam. Ability to interpret blueprints and other diagrams. Strong computer and math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to pass a pre employment background and drug screening.
Hamilton Connections of Milford is currently looking for a experienced CNC Toolmaker for a growing manufacturing facility.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position on the first shift.
Position Requirements :
- Construct new tooling and / or make adjustments to machines including : tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot / maintain machines as needed.
- Set-up and manage layout of machine operations.
- Work in conjunction with department managers and engineering on all machining activities.
- Handle all documentation / records related to machines or tooling.
