Responsibilities

Manage and support high-volume client implementations

Act as the point of contact for project status updates and issue management

Execute implementation plans, including documentation, configuration requirements, and quality assurance checks

Create and manage configuration and integration tickets

Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and enhance client experiences

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders

Strong organizational and project management capabilities with attention to detail

Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital health platforms

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, and Looker

Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
