Guaranteed Hours : (36 hours / week)

Compensation : Based on experience (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Facilitate patient care by conducting nursing assessments and making appropriate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Float to various units as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
