Job Description :

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in user research, wireframing, and prototyping, while also collaborating closely with developers working in React / Redux . This role is fully onsite in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities :

  • Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing UI / UX for web applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers (React / Redux) to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product experience.
  • Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency.
  • Stay updated with modern UX trends and tools.

Required Skills :

  • 4+ years of UX design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and responsive application designs .
  • Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD .
  • Understanding of React / Redux workflows to align with front-end teams.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Basic hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript .
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum development environments .
  • Familiarity with design-to-code tools like Zeplin or Storybook.
