The Opportunity

As a Senior Living Sales Counselor, you’ll play a key role in helping prospective residents and their families make one of life’s most important decisions — choosing their new home. From the first inquiry to move-in day, you’ll be a trusted guide who builds relationships, uncovers individual needs, and demonstrates how life at Epworth Villa offers peace of mind, purpose, and connection. Because moving to a Life Plan Community is both a lifestyle choice and a significant financial decision, you’ll provide clear, confident explanations of our contract options and value, helping prospects and their families see Epworth Villa as a wise investment in their future.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with prospective residents and families through calls, tours, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process with patience, professionalism, and compassion.
• Manage a long sales cycle (often a year or more) with consistent follow-up and personalized engagement.
• Track activities in our CRM system, ensuring every lead receives timely and thoughtful attention.
• Represent Epworth Villa at community events, presentations, and networking opportunities.
• Support residents and families through the reservation and move-in process to ensure a smooth transition.
