Job Description

Oversee all stages of project life cycle. Manage communication and coordination with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project delivery. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules. Implement risk management procedures. Ensure safety on site. Report progress to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have :

• A degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Proven experience in risk management
