The Senior Test Technician is responsible for providing a high level of technical support to the organization by analyzing and resolving complex technical problems requiring application of advanced circuit analysis and / or software techniques, developing and implementing methods for testing assembled circuit boards using ATE and functional test processes, and to train and mentor manufacturing and technical associates in troubleshooting strategies and techniques.

What you’ll do :

• Assist in development of test software and fixtures under direction of Test Engineer.
• Evaluate and resolve complex problems encountered in test.
• Perform documentation of test processes and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide statistical quality control support for test processes.
• Interface with customer technical staff to design and implement test processes.
• Train manufacturing and technical associates to perform test processes.
• Provide customers with design for testability support.
• Provide direct labor to test critical path boards and perform other duties as assigned.
