A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant, remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer compensation programs to attract and retain employees
Provide expert consultation on compensation matters and support union negotiations
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation
Required Qualifications
5 years of compensation experience, including data collection and analysis
Working knowledge of compensation systems and wage & hour laws
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
Experience supporting union bargaining, including costing and modeling
