Primary Responsibilities :
Complete tasks and functions in a timely manner to keep order completion process on track
Assist in making decisions based on contract requirements and guidelines to ensure contract KPIs are achieved
Notify Leadership of issues regarding tasking and other operational departments
Ensure timely communication of process issues and changes to Leadership
Assist other departments within OSHS to ensure contractual obligations are achieved

Required Qualifications :
3+ years of demonstrated experience in operations and client service capacity
Demonstrated exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities as well as work in a fast paced, action oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrated ability to remain calm in stressful situations and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high knowledge base specifically in Excel
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication to ensure understanding on all levels of the business
Proven to have solid problem solving skills with regards to operational processes and supporting resources
Proven ability to work independently as well as on a team; ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of assertiveness in performing work responsibilities; solid problem solving, organizational, and time management
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
