The Clinical Director RN is responsible for managing the clinical department and ensures that resident needs are met, and care delivery expectations are achieved. This position is responsible for the management and supervision of all licensed nurses and unlicensed direct care team members. This position is also responsible for ensuring departmental compliance, high quality resident care, facility compliance with state and federal regulations, and professional standards of practice.

Ecumen Prairie Hill and Ecumen Sand Prairie are hiring a Clinical Director RN in St Peter, MN. Ecumen Sand Prairie consists of 42 assisted living rental apartment homes, and Ecumen Prairie Hill consists of 43 independent living and assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 20 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services. Schedule : Full-Time, typical business hours. Hours can vary based on community needs. Leader on duty rotation.

Pay : The targeted pay range for this job is $90,000 - $112,000 per year. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Leads and supports the clinical team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture
• Oversees training, onboarding, performance management, and compliance for clinical staff
• Ensures quality care through up-to-date, person-centered care plans and strong resident / family engagement
• Maintains regulatory compliance and prepares the team for surveys and audits
• Addresses resident, team, and facility concerns promptly and appropriately
• Supports resident admissions and coordinates care with internal teams and external providers
• Ensures emergency procedures are in place and the team is prepared to respond
• Manages clinical budgets and staffing resources
• Performs additional duties as needed
