This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Web Experience Designer (UI / UX) in the United States .

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and user experience of enterprise-grade web platforms, combining creativity with user-centered design thinking. You will craft visually compelling wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that enhance engagement and conversion across digital touchpoints. Working closely with developers, marketing, and product teams, you will ensure design integrity while applying best practices for responsive web design, accessibility, SEO, and CRO. The position emphasizes iterative, data-informed design, where user analytics and testing drive improvements. Ideal candidates are highly skilled in modern design tools, collaborative in cross-functional settings, and passionate about building impactful web experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities :

As a Senior Web Experience Designer, you will be responsible for :

  • Translating copy and concepts into clear wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
  • Designing high-quality, on-brand web pages and interactive experiences that balance usability and aesthetics.
  • Collaborating with front-end and back-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Establishing and maintaining design systems for components, templates, and guidelines.
  • Creating web graphics and visual assets aligned with brand identity.
  • Leveraging analytics, heatmaps, and testing tools to iterate and improve web experiences.
  • Ensuring adherence to web standards, including accessibility, SEO, CRO, and responsive design principles.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have :

  • 7+ years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably for B2B websites.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working within CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) to build, update, and optimize pages collaboratively.
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML / CSS and web best practices.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience partnering closely with developers to bring designs to life.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and web designs.
