Air General, a third-generation, family-owned, national cargo handling company, is seeking a Facilities & Fleet Manager.

The Facilities & Fleet Manager , in conjunction with the Operations department will be responsible for the maintenance oversight of our office and warehouse facilities and vehicles / fleet, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance. The Manager will also be responsible for the maintenance and have oversight over our GSE equipment and asset management program. It is the responsibility of the Manager to manage building facilities and equipment maintenance, coordinate repairs and renovations and serve as liaison with contractors and vendors. This position will work closely with the Finance Department on developing required facility budgets and subsequently manage within those budgets.

This role, although hybrid, will be based out of our Portsmouth, NH home office. Essential Job Functions

Fleet Management :

• Procuring, leasing, or purchasing vehicles based on fleet requirements.
• Managing vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
• Overseeing vehicle inspections, repairs, and replacement programs.
• Developing and implementing strategies for optimal vehicle utilization and fuel efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate vehicle records and data systems
