YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Individual Counseling & Support :

• Provide one-on-one career counseling, helping Soldiers develop individualized transition goals and strategies.
• Assist Service Members and their families in creating and refining their Individual Transition Plans (ITPs) and rsums for both federal and private sector opportunities.
