Lead Analyst - Finance Systems, Oracle EPM – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Lincolnshire, IL (Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote – Mondays and Fridays)

A fast-growing, $5B+ consumer products company in the lifestyle sector is expanding its finance systems team at its U.S. headquarters. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance systems professional to step into a visible role with strong cross-functional exposure and a clear path to leadership.

This is not a behind-the-desk finance role. You'll be embedded in the business, working closely with finance and systems teams to optimize performance, build smarter models, and drive process improvements. What You'll Do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle EPM (2+ years of hands-on experience required)
• Build and optimize financial models and system performance
• Partner with finance teams to develop scalable, efficient solutions
• Train and support users across departments (training experience a plus)
• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements
• Work closely with leadership on reporting, forecasting, and planning initiatives
