We are actively seeking a Dental Associate to become a valued member of our expanding team. Help us fulfill our mission by delivering excellent dental care and creating memorable experiences for patients of all ages. As a Dental Associate, you will :

  • Engage with the community and participate in initiatives to promote a positive image of the company!
  • Lead morning team huddles to plan, show appreciation, and recognize outstanding customer focus and teamwork.
  • Enjoy working with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!

Your role includes providing dental services supported by a dedicated team. Our practice features :

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A supportive ratio : 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A diverse patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult patients
  • A typical schedule with 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

  • We expect you to have :

  • DDS / DMD from an accredited dental education program
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the applicable states
  • Required certifications - CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A genuine compassion and desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
