As a Dental Associate, you will :

- Lead morning team huddles to plan, show appreciation, and recognize outstanding customer focus and teamwork.
- Enjoy working with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!
Your role includes providing dental services supported by a dedicated team. Our practice features :
DentaPro softwareDigital x-ray and Panorex unitsFiber-optic handpiecesYearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management trainingA supportive ratio : 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per providerA diverse patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult patientsA typical schedule with 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per dayA mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payorsThis opportunity offers growth and development through mentoring and collaboration!
