Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the Materials Coordination department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : North Charleston, SC

What's the Job?

  • Ensure the accurate and timely flow of materials required for production.
  • Track and control incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and documentation.
  • Identify and locate missing or delayed parts critical to production schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and update databases with material movement information.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in materials coordination, logistics, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
