Anesthesiology Physician

Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Oak Lawn, IL. IL license preferred.

• Shift Type : 12 hour day shifts followed by 12 hrs of beeper call from home.
• Cases : General, Ortho.
• Regular Hours : Preferred.
• Weeknight - On Call (Pager) : Required.
• Weekend - On Call (Pager) : Required.
• No OT.
• Site Charting System : Epic.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms : 7.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs : No.
• Are MDs doing their own cases : Yes.
• Credentialing : 90 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
