Salary : $115,000-$135,000

Primary Purpose :

At BGM CPA, we partner with clients across diverse industries, providing proactive, year-round tax planning and superior client service. Our team thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment where your expertise is valued, and your professional development is supported.

Were seeking a Tax Manager who will work closely with clients on complex tax matters, lead and mentor staff, and drive client relationships that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Manage and review complex multi-state business, fiduciary, and individual tax returns.
• Provide proactive tax planning and identify opportunities for clients.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff while overseeing daily workflow and performance.
• Consult and research on federal, state, and local tax issues; respond to IRS and state inquiries.
• Ensure compliance by preparing and filing federal, state, and local returns, extensions, and payments.
• Analyze tax implications of mergers and acquisitions and recommend strategies for savings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service.
• Support business development through networking and marketing activities.
