Job Details

  • Salary

$500,000 - $600,000 / year (includes bonuses)

1st year : base salary $250,000 plus production bonuses : $1,500 / patient / year for all patients beyond 180 patients / year + 25% of insurance collections

  • 2nd year and beyond, compensation is only production-based : $1,500 / patient / year + 25% of insurance collections
  • Can expect a patient load of 300-350 patients
  • Health, dental, vision insurance
  • Qualification

    • MD / DO Internal Medicine or Geriatrician

    Board certified

  • Facility : Concierge Medical Practice
  • Schedule

    • Start in Fall of 2021

    Clinic Hours : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, then on call for your own patients

  • Flexible call schedule with other concierge physicians
  • Assignment

    • Outpatient Only

    Average 8 patients / day during peak season

  • Average 3-4 patients / day during offseason
  • Will round on own patients in NH's as needed
  • EMR : Cerner
