Commercial Sales Representative
Killingsworth Environmental, an Anticimex company, is a leading pest control company providing services throughout North Carolina. We're looking to add a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence in Matthews, NC. Every day, our experienced and qualified pest technicians help residential and commercial clients control their termite and pest activity. Our corporate staff, sales team, and pest technicians work together to help our customers.
We are looking for a Commercial Pre-Treatment Sales Specialist to join our team. If you're detail-oriented, have sales experience, work with a sense of urgency, and can understand building plans, this is the job for you! You will work in the office, Monday through Friday, and receive leads to assist you with hitting your monthly sales goals.

Required skills / education :
High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business experience (B2B)Desired knowledge / skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills)Ability to learn or experience using sales tracking systemsGeneral knowledge of pest control servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals / quotasAbility to understand building plansStrong sales backgroundExperienced in using Excel spreadsheetsResponsibilities :
Grow revenue and achieve the company's sales targetsBuild and manage business relationships with commercial and / or residential buildersExperience exceeding KPIs and sales goalsGenerate leads through building relationships with local builders and following up on referralsCommitment to using CRM daily to track and report activities related to developing new businessBecome knowledgeable on current products and services offered within the companyResponsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing supportMonitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, productsProvide custom quotes as necessaryWork with a sense of urgency to monitor emails, take calls (an average of 10 per day), and complete required documentationSound interesting?
