Lead Electrician / Foreman
Lead and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring high-quality work. Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical installations and repairs for commercial projects. Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Maintain compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and report on milestones and challenges.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring high-quality work.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical installations and repairs for commercial projects.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
- Maintain compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones and challenges.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in industrial and commercial settings.
- Bend conduit and pull wire.
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Set up necessary tools and materials, ensuring work areas are clean and organized.
- Follow instructions to install wiring, conduit, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and stripping wires, as well as mounting electrical hardware.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
- Adhere to company and industry safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
