Your Role :

Precision Layouts : Use Trimble, robotic total stations, and 3D scanning to establish control points for concrete repairs and new placements.

Field-to-Plan Coordination : Verify as-built conditions against design drawings, flagging discrepancies for engineers.

Quality Assurance : Ensure formwork, rebar, and post-tensioning align with structural specs (ACI, ICRI standards).

Tech-Driven : Update as-built models in AutoCAD / Civil 3D and collaborate with PMs to streamline workflows.

We Need You To Have :

2 years in concrete layout, surveying, or restoration (commercial / civil focus preferred).

Mastery of survey equipment (total stations, laser levels, GPS) and CAD software.

Detail-Obsessed : Ability to interpret complex drawings and troubleshoot field issues.

Certifications : OSHA 10, ACI / ICRI certifications (a plus).
