• Licenses : Active Vermont medical license or ability to obtain
• Board : BC / BE in Urology
• DEA : Active DEA Certification
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience : Pediatric urology experience preferred
• Other Qualifications : Respect, kindness, and commitment to excellent quality care DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide pediatric urology surgical and clinical care
• Perform surgical cases and outpatient consultations
• Collaborate with APPs and oversee one mid-level provider
• Participate in call coverage as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
