A law firm in Chesterfield, MO is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will represent clients in real estate and business transactions, provide legal advice on real estate and construction matters, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents.

Duties

Advise clients on business legal issues and transactions.
Represent clients in courts and before government entities.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience as an attorney in a law practice or law firm.

Familiarity with various real estate and business legal documents.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Licensed to practice law in MO.

Skills

Proficient in legal research and document drafting.

Strong negotiation and client management abilities.
