The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine at the University of Minnesota is seeking a board certified / eligible Pediatric Pulmonologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank on an academic track.
Position Highlights :
The Pediatric Pulmonologist recruited will be appointed on the Academic Track where s / he will provide clinical expertise in the care of children with congenital and acquired airway & lung disease, and in control of breathing (apnea) both in hospital and outpatient clinic settings. In addition, the candidate will train learners (fellows, residents, and medical students). S / he will complement existing clinical expertise in bronchoscopy, pulmonary complications of organ transplantation, sleep medicine, exercise physiology, and develop clinical activities in an area of his / her choosing that adds another dimension of expertise within the Division. The candidate will collaborate with all areas of the Department involved in the care of children with congenital and acquired pulmonary disease and with HCMC.

Pay and Benefits :
This role is dually employed by University of Minnesota Physicians and the University of Minnesota. Total salary is market competitive and based on AAMC salary benchmarks. Clinical salary, aligned with clinical effort, is provided through M Physicians. The base salary range for this position is $181,250 - $275,500 commensurate with experience, qualifications, and cFTE.? The salary from the University is dependent upon the academic effort of the person hired.?
