Engineering Manager - AI / DevOps

Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager Manager to lead and scale our cloud infrastructure and data operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure, and a strong background in CI / CD and DevOps, infrastructure automation, A / I, and team leadership. You will manage cross-functional teams of data engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects, driving operational excellence and innovation across our data and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of DevOps engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects.
• Architect and implement scalable CI / CD pipelines for data and machine learning workflows.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure management across AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to streamline deployment processes and automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including monitoring, logging, incident response, and performance optimization.
• Manage version control, release management, and environment consistency across development, staging, and production.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve operational workflows and team productivity.
