Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations to assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' independence in daily activities. Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and coordination. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards. Requirements Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
