Overview
This role supports high-profile partners , handling sophisticated estate planning gift / estate tax filings , and trust administration for ultra-high-net-worth clients. You'll be working in a client-facing role alongside an exceptional group of attorneys in a team-oriented, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft and manage gift tax and estate tax returns
- Work with multi-family structures , trusts, and high-value portfolios
- Collaborate directly with attorneys and clients on trust administration, probate, and estate planning
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, G / L accounts, 1099s, K-1s
- Prepare fiduciary income tax returns and coordinate tax filings
- Manage trust funding and post-death administration
- Engage with clients and financial advisors directly
