A company is looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the Transformational Philanthropy team.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule internal and external donor meetings and manage calendars for team members
Provide project management support for grant proposals, budgets, and reports
Serve as a Salesforce CRM power user to ensure data quality and generate reports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum five (5) years of experience in administrative support
Experience with donor relationship management software, preferably Salesforce CRM
Ability to collaborate with staff, prospects, volunteers, and donors
Experience with standard business technology applications, including Microsoft Office
