About the Role :
As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth flow of service within the establishment. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about our services and offerings. By effectively coordinating with the team, you will help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building lasting relationships with our guests and enhancing their overall experience.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of food and beverage service.Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.Manage wait list and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.Provide guests with information about menu items, specials offered.Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.Answer incoming telephone callsSet and clear tables if neededMaintain a clean and organized desk areaPerform restroom check every 30 minutes to maintain cleanlinessPerform phone “to go” ordersBenefits :
