Job Title : Project Manager / Estimator

Job Location : Knoxville, TN or Cleveland, TN

Salary : $85K-135K

Requirements : 5+ years of highway, structures and commercial site development experience required. Experienced with Precast / Prestressed concrete required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Estimator to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and managing concrete and asphalt projects, as well as experience with bridges and structures. The Project Manager / Estimator will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
• Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients
