Hiring Maintenance Technicians in Aurora, CO

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of advanced indoor farming systems. This position involves preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility equipment within a high-tech, food-safe environment.

Pay : $30.00hr - $35.00hr (depending on experience)

Shift : 1st shift

Job Description

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime.
• Lead or assist in diagnosing complex equipment issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and inspections to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage work orders, schedule PMs, and maintain compliance with KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and equipment upgrades.
• Follow strict safety and food safety protocols, including PPE and Lockout / Tagout procedures.
• Occasionally provide on-call support for off-hour critical repairs and assist with weekend supervision when needed.
