Our Accounts Coordinator is responsible for :
Establishing and maintaining good / adequate working relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales representativesCoordinating processes and communication with internal support groups to ensure fulfillment of customer needsKeeping customers informed of the dates major account service work will be performed for their respective account(s)Following up with customers on incomplete service requests and updating customer portal system, as neededWorking with other service team members to assist in coordinating and organizing the schedule of major account service work to be performedVerifying monthly work orders and follow up with Product Support Managers to confirm all jobs will be completed as assignedInvoicing major account work orders within 48 hours of job completionMaintaining information accuracy of major account customer equipment in service management system by means of performing this duty while invoicingProviding reports monthly of major account revenue production and service metrics detailsResponding to all RFQ's from major accounts with pricing and bid submittalUpdating Contracted units on contract and keeping contract billing notes updatedBuckeye Power Sales offers a great benefit package for our Accounts Coordinator including :
