Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain enterprise-supported genAI toolset for corporate end users. Oversee user onboarding and provide technical support.
• Identify needs and pilot new genAI tools for corporate users. Gather user feedback and metrics to assess value and fitness for the organization.
• Partner with Enablement & Literacy Lead to :

define success metrics and goals for genAI adoption and usage
