We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Compensation- Total compensation potential : Up to $150,000 annually, including base salary and incentive compensation.

Compensation :

$150,000 annually potential

Responsibilities :

  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities

In This Role, You Will :

  • Speak with warm inbound leads — no cold calling
  • Qualify prospective clients and guide them through our intake process
  • Follow up with people who reached out but haven’t yet scheduled
  • Communicate the value of our legal services with clarity and compassion
  • Document and manage leads using our CRM
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
