An Assistant Team Leader can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, the ability to drive for results, and has great attention to detail. An Assistant Team Leader is a demonstrated servant leader, is knowledgeable on retail business best practices, has a keen eye for Safety and Sanitation and will be able to help in coordinating store operations and merchandising while offering unmatched customer service.

The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.

USD $28.61 / Hr.

An Assistant Team Leader is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. An Assistant Team Leader is a key cog in the leadership structure, and will have multiple responsibilities throughout the store.

An Assistant Team Leader's responsibilities include :

• Leading, training, coaching, and communicating with all Team Members
• Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit / debit payments, and change
• Assist in coordinating weekly merchandising and maintaining abundant store displays
• Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
• Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards throughout the store
• Developing future leaders
• Ensure compliance with all company and store policies and procedures (and thus compliance with all state and federal laws applicable to this industry).
• Working a variety shifts to facilitate store operations, including morning, midday, and night shifts
• All other related duties as assigned
