Job Responsibilities
- Exposure to various international specialties in our industry, for example :
- Foreign businesses expanding to the U.S
- US businesses expanding internationally
- Inbound real estate investments
- Investment, Hedge, and PE fund structuring
- Foreign "Voluntary Disclosure" projects
- IP migration strategies
- Expatriate and inpatriate tax planning
- International tax compliance review for outbound and inbound clients and businesses
- Foreign tax credit analysis and documentation FDII and GILTI planning
- Value Added Tax and indirect tax
- Crypto asset planning
- Assist partners on international clients with all facets of international tax consulting and compliance quality control
- Perform international tax research and planning for clients of the firm
- Assist with business development / identify opportunities
- Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing analysis and documentation projects
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related disciplineMinimum of 2 years' experience in US tax consulting / compliance within public accounting, with specific experience (in the U.S.) in International Tax and Transfer Pricing, performing IP valuationsPreferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in TaxationCPA or equivalent credential
