Position Summary : Facilitator to work at Children's Aid-I.S. 61 After School Program, part-time, providing recreational and educational enrichment activities to children ages 10-14 years old.

Essential Duties :

• Understand and promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
• Assist in supervision of a group of 25-30 children.
• Assisting in recreational activities for group which would include sports, art, games and other indoor and outdoor activities.
• Assisting children with homework as needed.
• Implementing educational enrichment activities with the group.
• Working with individual children having difficulties adjusting to the program.
• Attending trainings and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
