Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse!

Exciting Opportunity Awaits! We’re thrilled to offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a relocation package for nurses with 1 or more years of experience! If you’re moving more than 100 miles, you’ll receive $5,000, and for those relocating over 50 miles, we offer $2,500. (External Applicants Only)

Your Role

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will leverage your professional nursing knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care to our patients. Your contributions will be key in managing and enhancing patient outcomes through the nursing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Implement interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
• Evaluate and document patient progress throughout your shift.
• Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including patient charts and event reports.
• Demonstrate accountability for your practice and seek continuous self-development.
• Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Promote professional development for yourself and your team.
• Engage in teaching and sharing clinical knowledge with others.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to organize tasks from admission to discharge.
• Advocate for patients with physicians when necessary.
• Participate in unit-based councils and improvement projects.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $33.32 to $57.31 per hour . Your actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, and shifts worked. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
