Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Stepdown Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse – Step Down Facility : Methodist University Hospital Location : 1265 Union Ave, Memphis, TN 38104 Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Shift (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) Schedule : 3x12-hour shifts / week (36 or 48 hours, schedule may vary and discussed during interview) Number of Positions : 2 Position Overview Methodist University Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Step Down unit (Med Surg Overflow). The role involves managing a patient ratio of approximately 1 : 6 or 1 : 7. Nurses should have trauma experience and prior travel nursing experience. The hospital operates as a Level I Trauma Center with large hospital requirements and strict compliance policies.
