Job Description

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from precon to closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with field teams and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a background in healthcare or complex commercial construction. They are detail-oriented, strong in communication, and capable of leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating with clients, design teams, and field staff.
