The Technical Recruiter manages the full lifecycle of technical recruitment by utilizing deep sourcing strategies, conducting rigorous candidate screening, and maintaining meticulous data within the ATS. The primary mission is to accelerate time-to-hire and secure top technical talent for both immediate and future organizational needs, directly fueling our technical competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in expert top-of-funnel identification and outreach.Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies.Partner closely with hiring leaders and recruiters to thoroughly understand role requirements and target profiles.Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outbound methods.Conduct video screens to effectively identify, qualify, and attract top technical talent.Manage multiple requisitions and sourcing strategies concurrently, including reviewing and short-listing applications in the ATS.Build and nurture a robust pipeline of passive candidates for various critical roles across the organization.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ensure timely responses and maintain open communication with both team members and potential candidates.Provide support for other high priority recruiting needs and projects across the organization as needed.Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or agency recruiting.Extensive experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions and sourcing activities.Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of dedicated technical sourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to track outreach metrics and provide regular reporting on sourcing activities and success rates.Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Education & Certifications
